Pine Dell is a small neighborhood tucked away off of highway 89 just south of the Airport Exit on I-40. This area features homes that are older than much of the homes on the west side of town, in fact it was far away from town when they started building. Construction started in the 1960's and continued through the 1970's. Home sizes run from around 1400 square feet and top out around 3000 square feet. Most of the lot sizes are 1/3 of an acre approximately. Prices in Pine Dell are a lot lower than most anywhere on the west side of town. Pine Dell is a great lower priced alternative to much of the west side of town.
