Ponderosa Trails is one of the newest neighborhoods in Flagstaff.
Ponderosa Trails was first started in 2001. There have been several phases and there are new homes being built currently. There are also townhomes located on the South end of Ponderosa trails. These townhomes are generally between 1400 and 1500 square feet. Homes in this area typically offer more modern amenities than some other neighborhoods in town including upgraded countertops, air conditioning, multiple fireplaces, and newer appliances. Based upon past appreciation Ponderosa Trails is a great investment.
