Lake Mary Area


I have grouped a couple of areas together for this section. In the Lake Mary area there are two smaller areas that are very similar in housing, pricing and are in close proximity. The areas that are included in this Lake Mary area are: Lake Mary Park Estates, and Bow and Arrow. There are manufactured homes, single family residences and a few Multi-family types homes in this area. This area is good for rental/investment properties as it is very close to NAU and students love to rent in this area. This area has been around for many years and some homes are 30 years old or more.
