I am very happy to announce that I have completed the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. This designation is achieved by going through extensive training on the Short Sale Process.
Avoiding foreclosure is something that so many homeowners will need to do and working with a CDPE agent will be critical to their success.

I was finally able to drop AT&T for Verizon with the release of the Iphone. Why should you care? You probably shouldn't but now when you call me the phone should actually ring and I might be able to talk to you while I'm driving! Hallelujah!
Rates are on their way up. Improving economic signs are pushing rates higher.

Rates on a 30 years fixed are up about .1 since the last update. These are still great rates!
